PLEASE NOTE: WE DO NOT OFFER FREE RETURNS. RETURNS INCUR ADDITIONAL COSTS.
Can I return my order?
Yes, that is possible.
If you are not satisfied with the items you have ordered, you can return them within 30 days of receipt.
Conditions for returns
Your order must meet the following conditions:
Completeness: the order still contains all parts and components and the packaging is exactly as the product arrived.
Condition of the product: the product must have been treated normally. Damage due to improper use is excluded. Customers are responsible for the shipping costs for returns, unless the item is defective or does not match the description.
Hygiene: products where hygiene is important must be thoroughly cleaned before you start the return process.
Immediate defects: the product was considered defective upon receipt.
Shipping costs: we reserve the right to charge the customer for shipping costs.
Refund: Once your return shipment has arrived at our warehouse and the conditions have been met, you will receive your refund within 7 business days.
Important: We reserve the right to refuse returned items if we suspect they have been used or damaged by causes not attributable to us.

Please note: Never send the return product to the sender's address. We will send you the correct address after you have requested it. The customer is responsible for the shipping costs for returning the product.
Right of withdrawal
The consumer has the right of withdrawal in accordance with the following provision, if the consumer is a natural person who performs a legal act for purposes that are not primarily related to his commercial or professional activity:

Cancellation period
The cancellation period is 30 days from the day on which you or a third party designated by you, who is not the carrier, received or took delivery of the last goods.
Automatic ordering system
As we use a fully automated system, orders are processed immediately after they are placed. Therefore, we cannot interrupt the shipping process until delivery has taken place, making it impossible to obtain a refund upon receipt of the goods.
Exercising the right of withdrawal
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform Ridge & Roses of your decision to withdraw from the contract by means of a clear statement (e.g., by email). The withdrawal is complete when we have received the goods. The costs of returning the goods are borne by the buyer.
Shipments in transit
As our goods are shipped from Asia, transit times may be longer and are beyond our control. If the goods are already on their way to you, it is not possible to cancel the order. We kindly ask you to wait until you have received the goods and return them to us. Of course, you can notify us of your cancellation in advance.
In order to guarantee you a refund as quickly as possible, we ask you to send us a shipping confirmation.
Consequences of withdrawal
If you withdraw from the agreement, we are obliged to refund all payments we have received from you, with the exception of delivery costs (excluding any additional costs resulting from your choice of a delivery method other than the cheapest standard delivery offered by us), without delay and no later than fourteen days after the day on which we received notification of your withdrawal from this agreement and the goods.
For this refund, we will use the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction, unless otherwise agreed with you; in no event will you be charged for this refund.
ALL RETURNS ARE SHIPPED TO OUR CENTRAL WAREHOUSE IN ASIA AT THE CUSTOMER'S EXPENSE.
